SVP, People

Garner is seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President of People & Talent to lead the full people lifecycle at Garner from recruiting and onboarding to development, performance, engagement, and retention. This leader will report directly to the CEO and will oversee both the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in People/HR roles, with 5+ years leading both People Operations and Talent Acquisition at a high-growth company
• Proven expertise in designing and scaling people systems, including recruiting, performance management, compensation, and engagement
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams across people and talent functions
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with experience building dashboards, defining KPIs, and making data-informed decisions
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executives, influence leaders, and hold teams accountable to people and hiring goals
• A hands-on, builder mindset with the ability to operate strategically while diving into details when needed
