Job Description
Garner is seeking an IT Support Lead to serve as the highest-level individual contributor and subject matter expert for their IT Service Delivery function, ensuring fast, reliable, and compliant support interactions for employees. The role will be based in New York City and requires 6+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Operations, including deep experience in a Senior/Lead Individual Contributor role focused on systems architecture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT Service Delivery or Operations
- Deep experience in a Senior/Lead Individual Contributor role focused on systems architecture
- Demonstrated success designing and running a data-driven, ITIL-aligned service desk using FreshService or a comparable ITSM platform
