Maintenance Supervisor - Mill Creek

The Service Director oversees and performs maintenance work for the properties in the Property Management Department. This role involves ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance tasks, managing vendors, managing repairs, and maintaining a high standard of quality and organization. This is a full-time position reporting to a Community Director.

Requirements

• Assists with and completes work orders.
• Oversees and completes "make-ready" process.
• Develops standards for grounds and common areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Conducts inspections.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts.
• Develops budget for repairs and maintenance.
