We seek an Irving, Texas-based Make Ready to join our team at The Winsted at Valley Ranch Apartments. Your role is to prepare vacant apartments for rent and perform simple maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Maintenance/make-ready experience/knowledge in multifamily housing
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to juggle/complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines
