Assistant Lead Maintenance - The Winsted at Valley Ranch Apartments

We seek a full-time Apartment Assistant Lead Maintenance to join our dedicated team and provide exceptional service to our residents. Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks within occupied apartment units and common areas.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• HVAC Certification
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance
• Reside within the Irving, Texas area or a 20-minute commute
• Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and gas water heaters and fireplaces
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills for recording and tracking maintenance activities
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects, climb stairs, and perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
