Gaines Investment Trust is a family-owned, vertically integrated real estate investment company seeking a Capital Improvements Project Manager to oversee capital projects across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

Requirements

• Lead the RFP process, including scope development, bidding, and contractor selection
• Build and manage strong vendor and contractor relationships
• Oversee capital projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, budget alignment, and timely execution
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Executive Leadership to ensure project priorities align with property and company goals
• Travel throughout TX, OK, and KS to evaluate property needs and provide on-site project oversight
