Job Description
GAC Enterprises is seeking a Field Supervisor - Telecom to oversee daily operations of fiber optic and OSP construction projects. The role involves supervising crews, managing materials and equipment, ensuring quality and safety, and collaborating with Project Managers and Construction Managers. The ideal candidate has strong telecom construction experience and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Supervise and direct activities of telecom construction crews.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor progress, provide reports, and collaborate with Project Managers.
- Enforce safety policies and conduct site inspections.
- Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and field inventory.
- Train and mentor field employees.
- Resolve conflicts, support process improvements, and perform other related duties.
