Job Description
GAC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor for Telecom to oversee daily operations of fiber optic and Outside Plant construction projects. The role involves supervising crews, managing materials, ensuring safety and compliance, and coordinating with Project Managers. This position requires strong telecom construction experience and leadership skills, requiring management of multiple projects and dealing with potential delays.
Requirements
- Supervise and direct daily activities of telecom construction crews.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and GAC Enterprises’ safety policies.
- Manage and verify material deliveries, equipment usage, and field inventory.
