Job Description
GAC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects in the South Carolina market. The role involves overseeing crew, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, and adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, communicative individual passionate about delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
- Manage and supervise the construction crew.
- Communicate with Construction Managers and clients.
- Ensure safety regulations and construction standards are followed.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department.
- Develop construction plans and schedules.
- Establish relationships with subcontractors.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Must travel 75% on weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
