Job Description
GAC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to lead a team on construction projects in the Chicago, Illinois area. The role involves overseeing projects, ensuring on-time completion and within budget, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented individual.
Requirements
- Manage and supervise the construction crew
- Communicate with Construction Managers and clients
- Ensure safety regulations and construction standards
- Develop construction plans and schedules
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Coordinate with the Project Manager
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
