Job Description
Lead and build the Customer Risk Control Team under Life Operations to support business and comply regulatory requirements. The role involves screening pre-underwriting documents, performing enhanced due diligence, and advising on AML/CTF requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various business units and have a deep understanding of AML requirements and complex structures.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Compliance, Risk Management and/or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in life insurance sector and with knowledge on life insurance operations
- Possess working experience related to case management, regulatory requirements and/or risk mitigations
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of ownership, adaptive to change
- Confident to deal with various business stakeholders independently
- A committed team player who is able to work under pressure and is determined to meet deadlines
