Job Description
FWD Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Distribution Strategy & Governance to support governance related requirements for the Group and business units, develop a forward-looking & aligned, group-wide distribution governance framework and approach, and drive strategic projects to improve sales quality and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Actuarial Science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in life insurance industry
- Experience of working with BU distribution teams, channel management of business functions of similar size and complexity, preferably in multiple Asian countries in a fast-moving environment
