Manager, Talent Development and Engagement

Manager, Talent Development and Engagement responsible for building a learning and growth culture by designing and delivering organization-wide learning & development programs at FWD Group. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, creating a culture of continuous development, and delivering learning and development solutions to address capability needs.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant HR experiences, specializing in learning and development gained from sizeable corporations
• Proficiency and fluency in Cantonese and English
• Experience in instructional design, learning digitisation, curriculum development, training delivery, strong execution/ programme management for large scale/ companywide events
• Knowledge in contemporary adult learning principles, blended learning design, market trends, learning systems, tools and best practices.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and learning technology, in particular Workday Learning
