Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and independent specialist who will lead recruitment processes in the IT area with passion and commitment.

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience in independent recruitment, including in the IT industry
• Experience in recruitment for managerial and/or sales positions - nice to have
• Very good time management, systematic approach and goal-oriented
• Ability to analyze recruitment and market data and draw valid conclusions
• High interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Business awareness - understanding of organization goals, ability to research business needs and propose relevant recruitment solutions
• Proactivity, independence and responsibility for carried-out processes
• English language skills at level B2
