Leading Recruiter - Project Manager - Warszawa

We're looking for a Leading Recruiter - Project Manager to join our Talent Team. As a subject matter expert in recruitment, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate a team, and collaborate with various business lines and HR departments. You'll have the opportunity to work with modern recruitment tools, implement new ones, and contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in realizing recruitment processes, successes in professional services
• Knowledge of current trends in the labor market in the recruitment area
• Expertise in finding talents, including those with niche profiles and tight deadlines
• Strong task management and decision-making skills
• Fluent English and Polish (C1 level)
• Interest in developing towards talent management
