Job Description
Fuse Energy is building a fully integrated energy company from solar, wind, and hydrogen projects to trading and distributed energy installations. They are focused on creating a decentralized energy network to balance the grid and fuel AI data centers. The company is backed by significant investment from top-tier firms and has raised $90M.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior software engineer, tech lead, or engineering manager within trading
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of trading system architecture, including market data ingestion, execution engines, pricing, and risk systems
- Track record of setting technical vision and aligning engineering initiatives with broader business goals
