Job Description
We're building a fully integrated energy company and a decentralized network of smart devices. As the Head of Engineering (Trading), you'll lead the design and development of our trading systems and drive the technical strategy behind real-time decision-making and execution capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior software engineer, tech lead, or engineering manager within trading
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of trading system architecture, including market data ingestion, execution engines, pricing, and risk systems
- Track record of setting technical vision and aligning engineering initiatives with broader business goals
