Account Owner (German-Speaking)

We're looking for an exceptional Account Owner (AO) to join our team at Funnel. As an AO, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, combining the strategic, customer-centric approach of Customer Success with the commercial drive of Account Management.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude with data-driven products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within the Martech ecosystem
• Fluency in English & German is required
