Account Owner

We're looking for an exceptional Account Owner to join our team at Funnel. The role involves maximizing customer lifetime value by driving product adoption, delivering measurable business outcomes, and proactively identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude with data-driven products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within the Martech ecosystem
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is considered an advantage
