Job Description
Join Fullbay as a GTM AI Engineer to help accelerate revenue impact, improve productivity, and enhance customer experiences through AI and automation. Partner with GTM teams to identify bottlenecks and manual processes that can be solved with AI or automation, and design and implement intelligent workflows and tools to streamline the customer journey.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in GTM operations, marketing ops, sales ops, or RevOps
- 1 year minimum of experience with AI automation workflows
- Technical fluency with AI platforms, APIs, and workflow builders
- Experience leading AI or automation initiatives that streamline processes across Marketing, Sales, or CS
