Finance Associate (AP function)

Fugro Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Finance Associate to join our Accounts Payable team in our Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations.

Requirements

• Processing and managing accounts payable transactions
• Reconciling invoices, payments, and vendor statements
• Handling vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes and audits
• Preparing reports and financial statements
• Maintaining confidential and meticulous records
• Coordinating and collaborating with team members
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Providing support for other accounting and finance-related tasks
