Accounts Payable Assistant

Accounts Payable Assistant role requires looking at continuous improvements in AP processes, focusing on invoice posting, accounts payable queries, employee expense claims, and vendor master data maintenance for multiple Fugro entities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
• 2+ years of relevant working experience
• A solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
• Ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
• Computer literate: Good Excel skills; Knowledge of ERP software (MS Business Central / CRM / IFS is an advantage)
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills
