Frontiers is seeking a Peer Review Operations Manager to optimize workflow and processes within a dedicated sub-team of specialists handling the peer review of scholarly journals. The role aims to enhance team productivity, drive continuous improvement in peer review processes, and support the team's involvement in broader departmental strategic projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an operational/process driven role within a target-led commercial organization
- Proven experience within a publishing role, with an understanding of the changes and challenges facing academic publishing
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to digest large amounts of information and react effectively to urgent situations
