Requirements

• Manage cross-disciplinary teams to achieve program objectives.
• Lead and guide teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure project scopes and budgets are met.
• Encourage continuous improvement and professional growth through effective communication and strategic leadership.
• Work alongside program staff to understand program scope and schedule deployment activities.
• Provide regular updates to Program leaders and senior leadership regarding progress, roadblocks, and resolutions.
• Meet at least weekly with direct reports and review labor detail reports to provide feedback to staff.
• Create and maintain a medium depth project plan in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Resource programs from across the organization, participate in hiring activities, and identify ways to solve resourcing problems.
