Job Description
The HRDI Veteran Services Engagement & Resource Specialist will work with the Project Director and Evaluator to ensure compliance with CCBHC Criteria 4.K. The role will champion the provision of veterans' services, oversee in-reach and outreach, and develop partnerships with Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers.
Requirements
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Behavioral Health program policies
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records platforms
