The center offers a comprehensive range of services including behavioral health, family medicine, pediatrics, and social services, and has expanded its reach through strategic mergers with organizations like HRDI in 2017. Behavioral Health Consultant
Masters’ degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, with 2-4 years of experience
Behavioral Health Consultant
Masters' degree in counseling or social work, licensed in Illinois, 2-4 years experience in the field
HRDI Clinical Supervisor ACT
Master's degree in social work or counseling and 5+ years of experience
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current IL LPN license, 2-5 years healthcare experience, outpatient setting experience preferred
HRDI-Case Manager
2-3 years experience in mental health setting, knowledge of DMS IV and ASAM criteria, and ability to work with multi-cultural differences
Clinic Coordinator
2-3 years of customer service experience, associate degree or some college work, and EHR experience
Medical Director OB
5+ years of clinical experience in OB/GYN care, 3+ years of administrative leadership experience, Proficiency with EHR systems, and Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
HRDI Veteran Services Engagement & Resource Specialist
High level of written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Behavioral Health program policies, and experience with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records platforms
Accounting Manager
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 5-7 years of accounting experience, and 2+ years of managerial experience
HRDI-Addictions Counselor (CADC)
IAODAPCA certified (CADC), Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, 2+ years of direct client service experience in a substance abuse treatment setting
