Job Description
The Cook is responsible for all food preparation, food inventory, and safety and sanitation of all foods stored, prepared and served. The position requires a valid City and State Food Service license, High School diploma or GED equivalent, and special training in food service and nutrition.
Requirements

- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Special training in food service and nutrition recommended
- Thorough understanding of public health rules and regulations regarding food safety and sanitation
