Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and grounds personnel, maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, and work with vendors at Loganberry Ridge Apartments in Cleveland, Ohio.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• HVAC certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance
• Basic set of tools
