Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and grounds personnel, oversee maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, and complete work service requests at Alexander Hamilton Plaza Apartments in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. HVAC Certification is required for this position.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- HVAC certification
- Valid driver's license
