Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service)

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, building lasting relationships, and expanding your expertise. You will have opportunities to grow your earnings by offering additional products such as homeowners insurance and health insurance.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
