Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service)

We are seeking a bright, motivated, and goal-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility will be selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, while also having opportunities to grow your earnings by offering additional products such as homeowners insurance and health insurance.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
