Job Description
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior maintenance experience or experience in a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Basic understanding of math
- No fear of heights (24 feet or more)
