Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Performs various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds work. Assists in custodial and janitorial duties, and trains other staff members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior maintenance experience or experience in related field
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
