Business Development Manager - LATAM

Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange focused on a seamless, secure, and innovative trading experience. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Latin America and Globally, driving user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue. This role involves strategic partnerships and engagement with stakeholders in the region, and requires a proactive and results-oriented individual.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth
• Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities
• Strong network and understanding of the LATAM, and global financial or trading landscape
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
• (Bonus) Knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, exchanges, or trading platforms
