Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to a seamless, secure, and innovative trading experience. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Latin America and globally, focusing on user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue generation. The role requires building and nurturing relationships with partners and stakeholders and analyzing performance data.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth
• Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities
• Strong network and understanding of the LATAM, and global financial or trading landscape
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
• (Bonus) Knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, exchanges, or trading platforms
