Job Description
Freed is seeking a Clinician Support Manager to lead a growing team, oversee the clinician support function, and ensure clinicians are successful using their AI-powered tools. This role involves strategic ownership, hands-on problem-solving, and advocating for the clinician voice to influence product prioritization and user experience. They are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual to drive growth.
Requirements
- Experience leading customer support or technical support in a SaaS or AI startup (minimum 2+ years of management experience)
- Proven success managing and developing independent, highly skilled team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Intercom or similar CRM/support platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale support operations using AI tools and automation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, flat organization
- Experience supporting clinicians or healthcare professionals (nice to have)
