We are looking for a Clinician Success Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring clinician success with Ambience’s AI-powered solutions. The role is responsible for onboarding, training, and fostering long-term engagement with clinicians, ensuring our technology integrates seamlessly into their workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, clinical implementation, or client success in a provider-facing role
• Proven champion of clinician success with a demonstrated track record of supporting physicians and operational leaders
• Extensive experience managing go-lives, supporting high-impact rollouts, and driving measurable adoption and engagement
