Job Description
Frankston Packaging is seeking an experienced Plant Superintendent to lead and oversee daily operations at their Frankston, TX facility. This role focuses on driving operational excellence across production, printing, and logistics, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery. Responsibilities include team leadership, process improvement, and collaborative working with supply chain and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in paperboard or printing manufacturing (Heidelberg experience preferred)
- Expertise with folding carton processes: roll sheeting, die-cutting, folder-gluers, and tray formers
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO-certified environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
