Job Description
Frankston Packaging is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its fully operational plant in Frankston, TX. This role involves overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety, to ensure operational excellence and drive growth. The Plant Manager will lead a high-performing team and work closely with supply chain to meet delivery and cost targets.
