Requirements
- Prospects, obtains, and develops successful broker relationships on a regional to national level
- Researches, identifies, and recommends new business leads
- Cold calls to obtain new business opportunities
- Develops and presents proposals and client specific solutions
- Maintains professional licensing and technical knowledge
- Develops and manages the External Sales Department's budgets
- Meets monthly goals regarding number of RFP's submitted and maintains Lead Trackers
