Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our cross-functional product team, working on IoT measurement technology, customer app, and digital portal. You'll be responsible for uncovering real user problems, validating solutions early, and delivering measurable outcomes that drive business impact.
Requirements
- Experience in product or adjacent roles
- Strong user empathy and a track record of discovery work
- Outcome-oriented mindset
- Technical fluency
- Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action
- Fluent in German & English (C2)
- Experience with IoT, mobile apps, or B2B SaaS products
- Familiar with tools like fake doors, usability tests, or cycle time tracking
- Worked in empowered product teams with design & engineering
