Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to join our cross-functional product organization, working hands-on on our IoT measurement technology, customer app, and digital portal while leading and developing a few team members.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Product Management or adjacent roles
- Proven ability to lead products and people in a cross-functional environment
- Strong user empathy and a solid track record of product discovery
- Outcome-oriented mindset
- Technical fluency
- Confidence in decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs
- Curiosity, initiative, and a strong bias for action
- Fluent in German & English (C2)
