Job Description
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead cross-functional engineering teams focused on the development, optimization, and sustainment of PCBAs, system integration, and product assembly. This role is key to delivering high-quality products, maximizing productivity, and driving cost competitiveness through process innovation and operational excellence. The role involves managing engineering budgets, process control metrics, NPI readiness, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in PCBA, system integration, and manufacturing
- 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Deep expertise in SMT, soldering processes, AOI/X-ray, ICT/FCT, and functional testing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, cabling, and enclosure integration
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, DOE, and SPC
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
