Engineering Manager

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead facility and work process improvements for semiconductor and automotive industries. Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• >15 years of relevant experience OR>11 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience developing teams and leading employees
• Experience in new product development and scale-up
• Experience in customer interactions
• Strong knowledge of process controls and distributed control systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-managing, proactive leadership capability
