Facilities Engineer (FE) will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise installations (e.g., telecommunications, heating, electrical systems) and facility refurbishments.
- Manage equipment and supply maintenance in alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Inspect building structures to identify repair or renovation needs and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine safety audits and inspections, and lead the development of safety policies and procedures.
- Optimize the use of space, utilities, and equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement strategies for cost reduction.
- Assist in budget preparation, manage operating expenses, and oversee service contracts and insurance plans.
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align facility operations with production and organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders regarding facility performance and equipment operations.
