Job Description
Forward Financing is a financial technology company that is seeking a People Business Partner to support its Account Servicing Department, Strategy & Finance, and Legal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience and a collaborative mindset, and will be responsible for implementing and applying People strategies, leading performance evaluation processes, and providing consultation and execution support to the Sr. Director of People & Culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR or People Partnering experience
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous self-starter
- Expertise in Canadian labor laws and working knowledge of U.S. labor laws
