Job Description
Forward Financing is seeking a People Business Partner to support the Account Servicing Department and Support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational HR experience, solid judgment, and a collaborative mindset. They will drive the implementation and application of People strategies, oversee retention strategies, lead performance evaluation processes, and provide consultation and execution support to the Sr. Director of People & Culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR or People Partnering experience
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A highly autonomous self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment
- Experience supporting a global workforce is preferred
- Expertise in Canadian labor laws and working knowledge of U.S. labor laws
