FORTNA partners with leading brands to transform omnichannel and parcel distribution operations. We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Software to support our Warehouse Execution Software (WES) and local IT infrastructure in a fully automated warehouse.
Requirements
- Experience in computer science, programming or related field
- Experiences in Core Java/J2EE stack
- Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, including Spring Data JPA
- Experience in writing SQL queries and working with Oracle and/or Postgres
- Strong understand of REST APIs
- Strong understanding of distributed architectures and design pattern
- Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in WES/WMS software or IT infrastructure support
- Experience in diagnosing network and software-related issues in industrial settings
- Knowledge of on-site server management, backups, and monitoring tools (such as SuperSet, Grafana, and DataDog)
- Clear, effective communicator able to work cross-functionally and under pressure
