Job Description
Provide technical support and customer service by phone and email, assisting non-technical end users and IT professionals, and performing technical support and warranty services for Authorized Service Centers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Experience with phone and email service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfort with frequent phone calls
- Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work independently and in a team
- Commitment to procedures and quality standards
- Intermediate level of Spanish
