Job Description
The Senior Sourcing Engineer will work with R&D teams to define material/component specifications and identify potential suppliers during the concept phase. The role will also lead supplier qualification audits and capacity evaluations, and develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5 years in procurement engineering, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Proficiency in procurement tools and data analysis software
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, CAD drawings, and manufacturing processes
